FOR FOOD SAFETY FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS.
OVEN: (Preferred Method) Spread 1 cup of your favorite sauce on the bottom of a 7 X 11 inch baking dish. Place pasta shells fold side down in baking dish and cover with 1 cup sauce. Cover baking dish with cover or foil and place in preheated 350º F oven for 30 minutes until reaching a minimum internal shell filling temperature of 165º F. Carefully remove lid or foil.
STOVE TOP: Spread 1 cup of your favorite sauce on the bottom of a 12” saucepan. Place pasta shells fold side down in pan and cover with 1 cup sauce. Place lid on pan and cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes until reaching an internal shell filling temperature of 165º F. Carefully remove lid.
MICROWAVE (800 Watt): Place 3 frozen shells fold side down in a microwave-safe container. Cover container with plastic wrap. Puncture a few holes in plastic to vent. Microwave on 100% power for 2 minutes until reaching a minimum internal shell filling temperature of 165º F. Allow to stand covered for 2 minutes after cooking to obtain even temperature. Carefully remove plastic wrap.
